Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Exchange or Store Credit only. No cash or debit refunds on any products. Items must be sealed in its original packaging. Opened products are not accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Event Tickets
Event Tickets can only refunded up to one hour before the start time of the event, and only for Store Credit. Event tickets can be transferred to another person.
TCG Singles
Due to market fluctuations, we cannot offer a Return Policy on TCG Singles. However if you receive card singles for any TCGs and the condition is not what you expected, please contact us at nerdhavengames@yahoo.ca and we will try and make it right.
Damaged and Missing Components
Unfortunately, Tears and rips in the factory plastic for sealed products is a common issue. The products are shipped to us from manufacturers and distributors. This will not be a reason for refund, store credit, or exchanges. However, we will take note beforehand if you call in, send an email, or enter order notes requesting a good condition sealed product, we will try our best to accommodate.
If a sealed product you purchase contains damaged or missing components, please contact the game’s publisher or manufacturer for their replacement policies. Should you have problems contacting with those parties, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy do what we can to try and assist. In most cases the publisher/manufacturer will replace free of charge.

Firefly: The Game - Customisable Ship Models includes six unpainted miniatures for use with Firefly: The Game. Some assembly may be required.
The Firefly-class ship is a multipurpose, mid-bulk transport boat designed by Allied Spacecraft Corporation. From when the first series one hit the market in Feb 2435 to the latest series four model in July 2513, they represent one of the most versatile and readily available ship types in the verse.
The Tohoku-class cruiser was conceived as a mobile base for pacification operations, and a visible symbol of Alliance power and prestige. In essence, each Tohoku is a self-contained city in space, providing a platform for the Alliance to bring the benefits of civilization to the backward worlds of the Rim.
Reaver starships are abominations: older-line models for the most part often no longer used by other inhabitants of the ‘verse. They are festooned with bits of random debris and ghoulish junk, a characteristic paint scheme of red slashes, and the skeletons of their prey, and are frequently armed with a magnetic grappler with which to seize victim ships.
Firefly: The Game - Customisable Ship Models contains a full set of the models from the basic game that have been re-mastered and produced in high detail resin so that you can customize your own ships and give them your unique paint schemes.Payment & Security
