Returns and Exchanges are only accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Exchange or Store Credit only. No cash or debit refunds on any products. Items must be sealed in its original packaging. Opened products are not accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Event Tickets
Event Tickets can only refunded up to one hour before the start time of the event, and only for Store Credit. Event tickets can be transferred to another person.
TCG Singles
Due to market fluctuations, we cannot offer a Return Policy on TCG Singles. However if you receive card singles for any TCGs and the condition is not what you expected, please contact us at nerdhavengames@yahoo.ca and we will try and make it right.
Damaged and Missing Components
Unfortunately, Tears and rips in the factory plastic for sealed products is a common issue. The products are shipped to us from manufacturers and distributors. This will not be a reason for refund, store credit, or exchanges. However, we will take note beforehand if you call in, send an email, or enter order notes requesting a good condition sealed product, we will try our best to accommodate.
If a sealed product you purchase contains damaged or missing components, please contact the game’s publisher or manufacturer for their replacement policies. Should you have problems contacting with those parties, please feel free to contact us, we will be happy do what we can to try and assist. In most cases the publisher/manufacturer will replace free of charge.

CATAN SCENARIO: HAWAII (EN)
Aloha! Prepare to embark on a Hawaiian fishing excursion. CATAN – Hawai'i is a scenario for CATAN – Seafarers that takes all the fun of the most popular CATAN expansion and sets it in a beautiful tropical locale.
CATAN – Hawai'i requires some material and rules from the CATAN base game and Seafarers expansion. If played with 5 or 6 players, it also requires the 5-6 player extensions for CATAN and the Seafarers expansion.
The new folio retail package includes a game play mat, 25 fish tokens, six fishing boats, and six fish market tiles. the fish conversion rules cards and the victory point markers for the number of fish ground areas occupied (in six colors), and a rules sheet (also available as pdf).
Each player starts with three settlements with one road or ship each, on at least two islands, and sets out to settle the islands to be the first to gather victory points - 15 in a 3-player game, 13 in a 4-player game, 11 in a 5-player game and 10 in a 6-player game. (The latter two cases require the 5-6 player extensions of both basic CATAN and CATAN – Seafarers.)Payment & Security
